Factory Audit

 

• Verify factory existence

• Check core production competencies and capacity claims

• Check the bona-fides of the person you've been dealing with

• The Factory Audit report will include Factory profile, Factory organization, Production equipment and capacity, Quality assurance system, Technical standard, R&D, Supplier management, Hygiene, Environment and Security and Social accountability.

   

In Production Inspection

Random inspection of products at different stages of the production line:

 

• Check the  productionsample for any defects or differences from approval sample

• Inspect and detect poor quality during production

• Product and component quality inspection before assembly

• Issue an In-line Inspection Report with photo's.

• Issue a Corrective Act Plan (CAP) with photo's.

• Confirm the execution of CAP

 

Post Production Inspection

Once Order is completed, packed and ready for shipment, or at least 80% of products packed. Post Production Inspection is performed to an agreed Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) established between you and the supplier.

During inspection, inspectors will randomly check the available quantity, and then take samples based on the internationally recognized statistical random sampling technique, commonly known as ANSI/ASQC Z1.4, BS 6001-1, and ISO 2859-1. Inspection will confirm the  quantity, style, color, workmanship, size, packing and shipping mark are all in line with the Purchase order and approval samples.  A detailed final inspection report will be supplied with photo's prior to shipment.
